About the Position
We are seeking motivated Family Law Attorney to join our team.
The ideal candidate is skilled in handling a full range of family law matters—including
divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, domestic violence, adoption, and
protective orders—and is confident representing clients in court. This position offers
autonomy, a steady caseload, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive firm
environment.
Key Responsibilities
 Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution.
 Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal advice.
 Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and related filings.
 Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
 Stay current on state and local family law regulations and case law.
 Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient case
management.
 Maintain accurate timekeeping and billing records.
 Build strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Qualifications
 Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
 Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
 Family Law Experience strongly preferred
 Confident in courtroom advocacy and client representation.
 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.
 Ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
