Note: Contractors are expected to work remote but must be able to accommodate EST working hours. This is a rolling application - we have changing project needs and contractors needs, and excited to work with you should your expertise and our needs align.ย

Provide Guidance and Expertise:ย 

  • Offer expert advice and guidance on project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.ย 
  • Utilize your subject matter expertise to address project-related challenges and provide innovative solutions.ย 
  • Collaborate with the project lead and team members to develop strategies for project execution and delivery.ย 

Meeting Attendance:ย 

  • Regularly attend project meetings as requested by the project lead or team members.ย 
  • Actively participate in discussions, provide updates on assigned tasks, and contribute to decision-making processes during meetings.
  • Ensure punctuality and preparedness for all scheduled meetings and appointments.ย 

Task Delivery:ย 

  • Execute assigned tasks and action items in a timely and efficient manner.ย 
  • Take ownership of deliverables and ensure that they meet quality standards and project requirements.ย 
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and potential roadblocks to the project lead and team members as needed.ย 

Responsiveness:ย 

  • Maintain open and transparent communication channels with the project lead and team members.ย 
  • Be responsive and available during agreed-upon working hours to address inquiries, requests, and project-related issues promptly.ย 
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changes in project priorities or timelines as necessary.ย
