Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator manages assigned territories and coordinates project orders that may include equipment, cabinetry, containment, and related solutions. This role works closely with trades and internal partners to process orders, coordinate delivery, and support customers throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator performs work under general supervision while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Manages assigned territories and coordinates project orders that may include equipment, cabinetry, containment, and related solutions.
  • Works with trades to provide solutions and product knowledge for a single product line or business unit.
  • Enters and processes orders for assigned product lines or business units.
  • Coordinates order-related inquiries and assists pricing and quoting activities.
  • Obtains freight quotes and assists in coordinating delivery schedules.
  • Assists with project shipping issues and delivery coordination.
  • Provides basic product troubleshooting and technical support for cabinetry line as needed.
  • Supports MDS order processing and international orders as assigned.
  • Provides phone coverage for departmental call centers.
  • Supports and implements Midmark Production System (MPS) principles and theme work.

SECONDARY DUTIES:

  • Assists with departmental projects.
  • Runs and updates departmental reports.
  • Manages and maintains departmental mailboxes.
  • Trains Midmark sales representatives and teammates on departmental processes.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED and 2-4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPETENCY and/or SKILL:

  • Strong communication, training, and task management abilities

  • Advanced proficiency with Oracle, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and drawing software (CET)

  • High level understanding of a single product line or business unit

  • High level logistical knowledge including Midmark Delivery Services and Solutions

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
