Job Title: Project Coordinator IV
Location: Redwood City,CA
Duration: Long Term
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate and contribute to the development of the program roadmap
  • Translate program roadmap and consolidated plan by consulting with key HR Business Partner team members into a plan that is relevant for the business executives they support.
  • Ownership of scheduling, resource allocation, agenda planning and coordination in support of our business leader engagement model.
  • Partner with core program team and HR leaders to proactively clarify requirements and use cases for your program, actively seeking clarification when there is ambiguity
  • Coordinate and prepare engagement model materials, maintain documents and records received with ability to record, log and organize
  • Establish repeatable processes that allow the team to deliver
  • Create and leverage tools to assess business leader and functional team readiness
  • Anticipate bottlenecks or obstacles, provide escalation management, and articulate risks, trade-offs, and recommend prioritization based on a balance of business needs against program objectives and articulate customer impact
  • Communicate core project information to stakeholders
  • Transcribe, prepare and translate insights from qualitative feedback; and summarize data for leaders to use in decision making, clarity on next steps and as an input to additional tools and change management needs
  • Change Management: Provide support for facilitation of focus groups, create tools/materials to support change, draft communications and preparing faqs/other relevant training materials

Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience coordinating enterprise-wide projects in an HR organization or in partnership with HR leaders
  • 2-3 years of Proven experience with change management execution
  • Experience with organization design, operating models or organizational transformation programs is a plus
