2. STRONG ANALYTICAL, CONCEPTUAL, AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS. ADVANCED MICROSOFT WORD, AND EXCEL, AND INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT PROJECT, VISIO, AND ACCESS. 3. SHAREPOINT.

4. KNOWLEDGE OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE.

5. INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE OF A TICKETING SYSTEM.

6. KNOWLEDGE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
