Our client, a major public sector organization, is seeking Project Coordinator with 10+Years of Experience to support the successful execution of various IT and business projects. These individuals will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in project coordination, communication, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning:
  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Resource Management:
  • Support the allocation of resources, including personnel and materials, to ensure availability and efficient utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and follow up on action items.
  • Project Monitoring:
  • Track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools such as Planview, Sensei, or Jira to ensure adherence to established schedules.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
