As a Communications Project Coordinator, you will:
  • Communications Project Coordinator to support the Advertising and Public Relations department.
  • You will coordinate the execution and delivery of marketing and communications projects in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring timely, high-quality results that align with our quality, service, integrity, and professionalism standards.
  • You will be an essential part of keeping our customers flying by helping deliver results across general, business, commercial, advanced air mobility, defense, and special missions markets.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
Required Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
