Project Controls Analyst

About the Company and Opportunity:

  • Our client is a long-standing government contractor in Montgomery County.
  • Due to a project, they are hiring a Project Controls Analyst in their Clarksburg, MD. office.
  • Position is 100% onsite.
  • Free parking!
  • Pay: $45-48 per hour
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9/80 schedule. Every other Friday off.
  • Duration: TBD

Overview of the Project Controls Analyst role:

  • Account, bank, balance sheet reconciliations (June 2024-Present)
  • Project closeouts
  • Ad hoc project, reporting, entries

Preferred Qualifications for the Project Controls Analyst:

  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Government contracting experience is required
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs)
  • SAP S4/Hana experience is a plus
