Description:This is a Program Planning role. We are seeking a candidate that will be responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring the production, shipping and maintenance activities in various buildings at SWFLANT, Kings Bay. The candidate will prepare and coordinate plans and schedules to communicate the production requirements for our facility. Develop process flows and participate in process modeling exercises. Identify issues and concerns, and evaluate impact to operations..
- The candidate will develop schedules and risk management plans and provide visibility to any obstacles which may hinder production deliveries.
- Identify issues and concerns and evaluate their impact to operations.
- The candidate will work closely with other members of the program planning team to coordinate production activities across the facility.
- Interact with internal and external organizations such as engineering, production and government planning to mitigate any impacts to processing and ensure building outages are coordinated with all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office applications, effective communication skills and the ability to close action items.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance. Interim Secret required prior to start.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with planning / scheduling functions

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
