Position Overview
Program management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of programs on time within budget and within scope. Activity and resource planning, organizing and motivating a program team, controlling time management, cost estimating and developing the budget, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing and managing risk, monitoring progress and managing
reports and necessary documentation are all key parts to being a successful program manager.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Independently gathers cross-functional feedback or external data-driven feedback (from potential buyers, existing customers, sales or studying the market/competition) on deliverables to ensure highest quality deliverables.
  • Generally produces deliverables that do not require significant iteration from leadership (defined as more than 3 rounds of revisions from direct leader)
  • Independently builds objectives and full year plan with KPIs, gets alignment from Directors/Sr. Directors across Marketing
  • Ability to present up to Director/Sr. Director within Marketing so that: everyone in the room is clear on the meeting objective, current state, options considered, recommendation and rationale
  • Communicates obstacles and recommended solutions to adjust plans to achieve objectives
  • Ability to define a project scope and lead cross-functional marketing project team
  • Facilitates the definition of program scope, goals and deliverables for specific programs, as assigned.
  • Develops detailed project plans and manages all processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
  • Responsible for coordinating complex initiatives from initiation to successful completion.
  • Develops, tracks and maintains program plans and program deliverables and communicates program milestones and progress.
  • Assists the department managers in creating documentation, plans, etc. and maintains that documentation on an ongoing basis.
  • Coordinates program meetings with internal and cross-functional teams, generates meeting materials and produces post-meeting deliverables.
  • Effectively work with the teams to identify/mitigate program risks and participates in the creation of risk contingency plans.
  • Plans and sets goals and milestones with the team and clearly defines requirements and develops targets accordingly.
  • Detects, tracks and solves program issues effectively.
  • Recognizes areas for internal improvement and works with teams to develop plans for implementing them.
  • Collaborate across all business units to control resource requests while aligning to budgets and program plans
  • Solicits stakeholder feedback and benchmarks best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identifies key metrics to help prioritize and monitor critical activities, ensuring consistent and effective tracking and reporting of progress.
  • Effectively collaborates (provides and invites thoughts, ideas, opinions on how we can create something better) cross-functionally within Marketing and the enterprise.
  • Leverages data to generate organization and people insights, which in turn influence areas of focus and strengthen decision-making

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of practical program management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience working with large teams on programs that are deadline-driven
  • Experience mentoring and/or developing others.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Exceptional communication skills

The base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $118,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
