KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:


Education and Years of Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.

• 10-12 years in project/program management role managing software development projects

• PMP certification a plus


Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong background in program management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex technology projects with aggressive schedules in different time zones.


Required Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.

• 10-12 years in project/program management role managing software development projects.

• Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, managing a software build through different stages and environments all the way from ideation to release.

• Working experience with technical teams, including product management, operations, engineering, etc.

• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills with an ability to multitask.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Proficiency in Agile software lifecycle methodology with hands on experience in JIRA Platform, GitHub and Confluence.

• Experience in managing AdTech related programs is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the digital advertising, and/or Smart TV space a plus.

• Demonstrated experience in shipping consumer and/or enterprise solutions.

• Experience simultaneously working on multiple programs with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience communicating effectively across organizational structures and multiple management levels.

• PMP certification a plus.
