Job Description:

Seeking highpotential talent to make an immediate impact on fielding responsive space systems. This role will manage the design, integration, test, delivery, and onorbit support for advanced missile defense capabilities. The candidate should be a selfstarter and a recognized expert with strong business knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Essential Functions:

Accountability for overall program performance commitments including:
o Customer Satisfaction: Continually delighting customers with our values, responsiveness, and overall mission performance
o Financial: Orders, sales, operating income, investment, cash flow, and program budget
o Schedule: Timely, responsive, and successful completion of all program deliverables
o Quality: Program deliverables meet or exceed L3Harris and customer expectations
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on strategic matters and influence executive leadership
Set direction for new processes, systems, and solutions
Develop and implement strategies and operational plans aligned with functional goals
Lead tactical and operational planning for the business area
Drive strategies impacting mid to longterm business performance
Manage resources and influence key business decisions
Implement new products, processes, policies, and standards
Align program and supplier performance with business financial goals
Communicate program status, changes, and performance to customers and leadership
Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across all program phases
Oversee program change management and performance baselines
Maintain highlevel customer and partner relationships
Lead preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, budgets, and contract terms
Ensure engineering, manpower, production, and facility resources are available
Align customer mission needs with new business opportunities
Solve complex problems with significant business impact
Engage with leadership and customers on major business issues
Develop and manage financial forecasts and planning inputs
Identify risks and opportunities to improve operations or markets
Identify and pursue new or expanded customer business
Oversee subcontractor activities, deliverables, and finances
Review and approve plans, schedules, subcontract agreements, and program documents
Provide reports, briefings, and technical reviews to senior management

Qualifications:

Must Have an Active Secret Clearance or above
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience in Earned Value Management, Risk Management, and Change Management tools
Experience leading crossfunctional, multidisciplinary, multigeographical teams of 100+ within a matrix organization
Demonstrated capability in coordinating major supply chain content, deliverables, and finances
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for both internal and external customers
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Global business acumen in defense or aerospace and/or relevant technology markets, with broad knowledge of changing defense markets
Pursuit and proposal development experience
Strong executive presence and ability to effectively influence and make recommendations at all levels of the organization
Competency in making decisions with imperfect and incomplete information
