  • Support Agile and scaled delivery practices while maintaining governance and accountability.
  • Drive ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across participating teams.
  • Establish clarity in complex environments where priorities, responsibilities, and requirements may evolve.
  • Collaborate with resource and team managers to ensure appropriate staffing and execution support.
  • Deliver concise and effective program communications to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of program management, portfolio management, or related leadership experience.
  • Experience leading large, complex technology initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology platforms, applications, data services, integration technologies, and access management concepts.
  • Experience working within Agile, Scaled Agile, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
