POSITION SUMMARY

Cardone Ventures seeks an Senior Program Manager to own the execution and adoption of our AI transformation roadmap across multiple business units. This role leads cross-functional technical programs from intake through implementation, ensuring scalable, impactful AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • You own the Enterprise AI Delivery Roadmap and drive execution across multiple business units and strategic initiatives
  • You lead multiple concurrent AI and automation programs from intake through implementation with clear scope, timelines, and accountability
  • You establish agile delivery standards across the organization and build repeatable frameworks that accelerate execution
  • You translate business challenges into prioritized technical requirements and drive solutions to market


OBJECTIVES

  • Own the Enterprise AI Delivery Roadmap: Build, maintain, and drive delivery of Cardone Ventures' AI transformation roadmap across multiple business units and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive Cross-Functional AI Program Execution: Lead multiple concurrent AI and automation initiatives from intake through implementation, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and business priorities.
  • Establish Agile Delivery Standards: Implement and lead agile delivery practices including backlog management, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, release planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate Business Needs into Technical Delivery Plans: Partner with business leaders to convert operational challenges into prioritized technical requirements, user stories, workflows, and implementation plans.
  • Manage Dependencies & Risks: Identify, track, and proactively resolve technical dependencies, integration risks, resource constraints, and delivery blockers before they impact timelines.
  • Partner with Technology, Data, and Business Teams: Work closely with engineering, data, automation, and business teams to ensure technical solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned to enterprise priorities.
  • Drive AI Adoption & Business Readiness: Ensure AI solutions are adopted through training, process redesign, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness planning.
  • Own AI Governance & Prioritization Processes: Support development and execution of intake, prioritization, governance, and reporting frameworks for AI initiatives across the organization.
  • Track Business Impact & ROI: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators including productivity gains, adoption rates, delivery outcomes, and business impact from AI initiatives.
  • Build Repeatable AI Delivery Frameworks: Create scalable playbooks, templates, standards, and operating rhythms that improve execution consistency and accelerate enterprise AI delivery.


COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of software delivery, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and technical architecture concepts.
  • Hands-on experience leading Agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog management, standups, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Practical understanding of AI technologies, workflow automation, enterprise AI tools, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to understand how people, process, technology, and data connect across the business, identifying dependencies, bottlenecks, and scaling opportunities.
  • Experience leading change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, and adoption strategies to ensure new solutions are embedded successfully.
  • Ability to assess current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and redesign processes that improve scalability, productivity, and business outcomes.
  • Defined success metrics, work with dashboards and KPIs, and use data to drive prioritization, decision-making, and ROI tracking.
  • Strong ability to proactively identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate technical, operational, and organizational risks.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders, translate technical complexity into business language, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, product delivery, software delivery, or transformation leadership
  • Prior experience working in software engineering, product, data, business systems, or other technical environments
  • Experience delivering AI, automation, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives preferred
  • Project Management Institute PMP, PgMP, or CAPM; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certifications (Preferred)
