Position Summary
Posting Note: Healthcare required. Expert Excel needs. Can be fully remote.
The Provider Compensation Analyst provides analytical and operational support for the provider compensation program. This position assists with the coordination and administration of provider compensation activities including compensation reviews, production reporting, Schedule B updates, and incentive calculations. The role works closely with compensation leadership and operational partners to ensure accurate provider data, support compensation modeling activities, and respond to provider and management inquiries.
Position Duties
  • Supports the coordination and administration of provider compensation processes, including compensation reviews, data updates, and system documentation to ensure accurate and consistent compensation administration.
  • Assists in the preparation and analysis of provider productivity and compensation data using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to support provider reporting and respond to management inquiries.
  • Utilizes Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools to review and analyze production data to ensure accurate provider reporting and respond to provider and management inquiries.
  • Maintains compensation documentation and updates compensation schedules, formulas, and supporting data files based on management direction.
  • Assists with preparation and submission of provider compensation survey data to national survey vendors and supports analysis of survey results to inform compensation program reviews.
  • Supports compensation modeling and reporting activities related to provider compensation structures and program updates.
  • Assists with preparation of schedules and analysis used in budgeting and financial planning for provider compensation programs.
  • Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
