Job description

Title: Project Consultant-Inclusion Program Support
Location: Tempe, AZ (onsite)
Duration: 6+month contract to at least 02/19/2027 (with possible extension)
Compensation: $45 - $52/hour
Inclusion Program Support Contractor
This role will report to the Director of Americas Inclusion Program and support the Employee Resource Networks (ERN) and Business Inclusion councils.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide program administration support for ERN and Business Inclusion Councils, including maintaining membership and leadership lists, updating the inclusion observances calendar, and managing the ERN web presence.
  • Contribute to the design, management, and promotion of ERN initiatives, increasing awareness and engagement in DEI programming.
  • Support the application, onboarding, and training of ERN Americas leaders and business unit council members.
  • Drive and implement communication plans to ensure effective, timely messaging across the enterprise.
  • Partner with ERNs to gather feedback and track progress on projects, programs, and processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with and demonstrated success supporting employee resource groups and inclusion programs.
  • Passionate about deepening inclusion and advancing workplace equity.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint), with practical knowledge of Teams, virtual applications, online survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics), and employee engagement platforms (e.g., JIVE).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adjust style for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical and critical thinker with strong decision-making skills and the ability to identify multiple paths to success.
  • Strategic operator with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Highly collaborative and adept at fostering partnerships across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Prior experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
