Senior Program Manager

Pay: $102,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Job description About the job

Provn is hiring a Remote (US) Senior Program Manager in the travel industry. We are looking for an AI-native leader to own the orchestration of large, cross-functional programs across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Comp: $102,000 - $150,000 base. Remote (US). Full benefits package.

Apply Directly Here:

Here's the context.

Most program managers are still spending half their week writing status reports, summarizing meetings, and chasing dependencies in spreadsheets. We are looking for someone who stopped doing that work the manual way a long time ago. Someone who already runs their programs with AI agents in the loop, automates the reporting nobody wants to write, and spends the time they save on the parts of the job that actually move programs forward: stakeholder alignment, executive communication, and clearing blockers.

You'll own large, multi-team programs from kickoff through delivery. You'll work directly with product owners, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to keep those programs on track. You'll also coach the rest of the PM team on adopting the same AI-augmented workflows you've already built into your own practice.

What you'll be doing:
  • Owning end-to-end orchestration of strategic, multi-team programs
  • Facilitating steering committees, stage-gate reviews, and executive briefings
  • Using AI-powered analytics for program health, dependency tracking, and early warning on slippage
  • Automating routine reporting through AI-generated summaries, trend analysis, and visualization
  • Evaluating, piloting, and operationalizing new AI tools for the program management function
  • Mentoring Project Managers and Technical Project Managers on AI-augmented program delivery
What we're looking for:
  • 10+ years of professional experience leading complex programs in cross-functional environments
  • At least 2 years actively integrating AI tools into program management workflows
  • Hands-on experience with AI copilots (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent) in a professional program delivery context
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC, including Waterfall, Iterative, and CI/CD-driven delivery
  • Proficiency with program and portfolio management platforms (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and SAFe
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence without direct authority
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. Master's preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or SAFe certifications preferred

Comp: $102,000 - $150,000 base. Remote. Full benefits package.
