Essential Functions:

·       Establish, standardize, and continuously improve program management processes, templates, reporting structures, operating rhythms, and execution standards across the Product Security portfolio.

·       Drive adoption of common program management methodologies, reporting standards, operating practices, and tooling across the Product Security portfolio.

·       Develop and maintain the Product Security program management playbook, including standard methodologies, reporting expectations, operating procedures, and best practices.

·       Provide program management standards, mentoring, coordination, and operational guidance to Product Security Program Managers to improve consistency, execution quality, reporting effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and operational discipline.

·       Support Program Managers in resolving risks, dependencies, and execution challenges, serving as an escalation and alignment resource before engagement with Product Cybersecurity leadership.

·       Manage and maintain portfolio-level visibility across Product Security programs, ensuring milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, decisions, and key issues are tracked consistently and in compliance with established processes.

·       Own and deliver Monthly Executive Program Updates, providing clear, concise status reports, risk assessments, mitigation plans, dependency summaries, and executive insights to senior leadership.

·       Establish and maintain executive dashboards, portfolio metrics, reporting artifacts, and decision-support materials used to support organizational planning and executive decision-making.

·       Assess the maturity and effectiveness of Product Security program management practices and recommend organizational improvements to support business objectives, execution excellence, and portfolio scalability.

·       Assess program execution effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve planning quality, reporting consistency, stakeholder engagement, and delivery predictability across the Product Security portfolio.

·       Maintain and track program metrics and KPIs to measure portfolio health, execution effectiveness, reporting quality, delivery performance, and operational maturity.

·       Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring teams have the necessary prerequisites, decisions, inputs, and stakeholder alignment before starting or progressing their activities.

·       Monitor program compliance and escalate risks, blockers, decisions, or impediments promptly to Product Cybersecurity leadership and senior management.

·       Coordinate with cybersecurity analysts, engineering teams, product teams, Program Managers, and global stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain execution momentum.

·       Facilitate communication and collaboration across divisions to ensure alignment and timely delivery of cybersecurity initiatives.

·       Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reporting quality, knowledge management, and program delivery effectiveness through AI-enabled productivity tools, workflow automation, and collaboration technologies.

·       Provide direct Program Manager support for strategic, complex, or high-priority cybersecurity initiatives when portfolio needs require additional delivery capacity or leadership support.

·       Serve as temporary or supplemental Program Manager coverage during periods of increased demand, staffing transitions, program onboarding activities, escalation recovery efforts, organizational initiatives, or critical delivery milestones.

·       Lead program planning, schedule tracking, risk management, stakeholder communications, and execution follow-up for assigned programs when direct Program Manager support is needed.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business, Program Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

·       8+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, PMO functions, cybersecurity, software development, engineering, connected vehicle, IoT, embedded systems, or related technical delivery environments.

·       Demonstrated experience establishing program management standards, reporting structures, operating routines, or PMO functions across multiple programs or teams.

·       Experience establishing program management practices, operating standards, and delivery frameworks across Program Managers, project teams, or cross-functional delivery organizations.

·       Strong understanding of program and product lifecycle management, including schedule management, dependency management, risk management, issue tracking, stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and delivery governance.

·       Experience leading multiple concurrent programs and coordinating cross-functional technical teams.

·       Experience developing and maintaining program dashboards, metrics, reporting frameworks, templates, and operational processes.

·       Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting platforms used to support program visibility and accountability.

·       Experience with Power BI, workflow automation platforms, Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted reporting, knowledge management systems, or related productivity tools preferred.

·       Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering executive-level updates and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·       Proven ability to identify risks early, manage escalations effectively, drive resolution, and influence outcomes across organizations.

·       Experience working with distributed/global teams and managing cross-functional dependencies.

·       Experience developing executive reporting, portfolio governance, operational metrics, and decision-support mechanisms for senior leadership.
