Job description

We have an exciting opportunity in our Central Engineering Systems group for a Project Management Intern. You will join our Project Management and Operations team, which is responsible for the planning, implementing, and controlling System IP projects and business operations. This team also ensures compliance with corporate project lifecycle management systems.
As an intern, you will gain exposure to international business practices, shadow project and program managers, and supervise multi-million dollar projects. Being part of our small team means you'll have ample opportunities to learn and make a significant impact by delivering industry-leading System IP.
What you could be doing as a Project Management Intern?
Involved in a variety of tasks that encompass classic project and operations management, along with quality and engineering activities.
  • Typical responsibilities include updating monthly budget reports, gathering information for resource planning, building and capturing project status metrics and reports, and creating and updating cross-team communications.
  • Create and automate team charts, spreadsheets, and databases, manage quality statistics, update and automate management tools and checklists, assist with internal audits of project results, and help coordinate engineering changes.

We are looking for individuals who:
Are currently enrolled and studying towards an Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering Degree (Bachelors students welcome). Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience.
