Job description

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented college student to join our National Sales organization as a Project Management Intern. In this role, you'll sit at the center of our Inside and Field sales teams, helping drive revenue-generating projects from kickoff to completion. You'll act as a connective thread across sales reps, internal departments, and multiple business verticals, including eCommerce, Retail, and Art, gaining hands-on experience in how a high-performing sales engine optimizes Revenue driven strategies. 

This is an ideal opportunity for a student interested in project management, sales operations, or business strategy who wants real ownership and visibility with senior leadership. 

This position is expected to start September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time (20 to 25 hours) and on-site. 

In This Role

  • Coordinate revenue-driving projects across the Inside and Field National sales teams, tracking timelines, deliverables, and next steps to keep initiatives moving 
  • Collaborate across sales teams, serving as a reliable point of contact who keeps Inside and Field reps aligned on shared goals and priorities 
  • Partner across internal departments to remove roadblocks and ensure projects stay on schedule 
  • Support work spanning multiple verticals, adapting to the unique needs and stakeholders of each business line 
  • Maintain project trackers and dashboards, providing clear status updates and surfacing risks early 
  • Prepare reporting and summaries for the Senior Director of National Sales to inform decision-making 
  • Help organize cross-functional meetings, capturing action items and following up to drive accountability
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred) 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working with people across teams and seniority levels 
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset - you enjoy connecting dots and bringing people together 
  • Comfort with tools such as MS Office suite, project management software, and presentation tools (training provided) 
  • Curiosity about sales, retail, eCommerce, and the art/creative space is a plusÂ
