Kickstart your leadership journey with our Manager in Training (MIT) Program—an immersive sixteen-week onboarding and learning experience (six months for Accounting Manager candidates) in the same discipline where you’ll begin your career. Upon successful completion, you’ll transition into a leadership role in that same market, such as Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Restaurant Manager, Sous Chef, Accounting Manager, or Sales Manager, making an immediate impact while growing your career with us.
