Job description

About MTC
Moro Technology Corporation is a global technology partner committed to delivering innovative digital solutions that empower businesses to thrive in an increasingly connected world. With a strong foundation in Japan and a growing international presence, MTC specializes in building cutting-edge software and digital infrastructure that bridge cultures and drive transformation across industries.
Guided by a mission to shape the future with technology and creativity, the company fosters collaboration across borders, emphasizing excellence, adaptability, and long-term value creation.
About the role
We are looking for a Program Lead to act as a strategic anchor for a major global transformation initiative operating across distributed teams, leadership stakeholders, and cross-functional capability areas.
This role exists at the intersection of business strategy, organizational transformation, and program progression. You will work closely with customer leadership, regional counterparts, and internal stakeholders to drive alignment, shape direction, resolve ambiguity, and maintain momentum across a complex and evolving environment.
The Program Lead operates as a peer-level execution and change leader, co-creating program direction and execution approach while retaining accountability for customer commitments, strategic trade-offs, and overall program progression.
This is not a PMO, delivery management, or reporting role. It is a strategic leadership role focused on guiding transformation progression, aligning business intent with organizational realities, and ensuring large-scale initiatives move forward coherently across regions and functions.
You will operate across business, technology, governance, operational, and organizational layers, partnering closely with leadership teams and strategic counterparts to translate priorities and commitments into coordinated action and measurable progress.
This role requires strong strategic judgment, organizational awareness, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to operate effectively within fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
On a given day, you will:
  • Act as a strategic anchor for a major global transformation initiative, maintaining alignment across stakeholders, priorities, and evolving business needs
  • Lead and progress large-scale initiatives, owning momentum, program progression, and overall execution health across regions and organizational layers
  • Partner directly with customer leadership and senior stakeholders to shape direction, manage expectations, and maintain transformation credibility
  • Translate strategic objectives into coherent and actionable program direction across regions and functions
  • Drive alignment across organizational, operational, technology, governance, and transformation activities
  • Lead cross-functional discussions, decision-making forums, and stakeholder negotiations to resolve ambiguity, accelerate progression, and maintain organizational coherence
  • Act as a key escalation and decision point for strategic, organizational, and execution-related challenges impacting the program
  • Identify systemic risks, organizational gaps, execution challenges, and adoption barriers before they impact outcomes
  • Operate across distributed global teams and regional structures to maintain continuity, alignment, and forward movement
  • Partner closely with strategic counterparts and leadership teams to ensure transformation priorities are operationalized effectively across the ecosystem
  • Contribute to the evolution of operating models, governance approaches, collaboration structures, and transformation ways of working as the program matures
  • Engage hands-on where leadership intervention materially accelerates outcomes or resolves critical blockers without displacing team ownership

Requirements
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
  • 12+ years of experience in program leadership, enterprise transformation, strategic operations, consulting, or large-scale organizational initiatives
  • Proven experience operating within complex global environments involving multiple stakeholder groups, regions, and organizational layers
  • Strong experience engaging senior leadership and customer stakeholders in strategic and transformation-oriented discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale initiatives through ambiguity, organizational complexity, and evolving priorities
  • Strong understanding of enterprise operating models, organizational transformation, and large-scale program environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic facilitation skills
  • Experience working across globally distributed teams and multiple time zones

Amazing if you have:
  • Experience in automotive, OEM, or large-scale industrial environments
  • Exposure to global capability center models, transformation ecosystems, or Centers of Excellence (COEs)
  • Experience supporting large-scale operating model, organizational, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Background working across business, technology, and organizational change environments

Benefits
Why Join MTC?
At MTC, we invest in our people as much as we do in technology. This is more than a job; it's a chance to build something extraordinary. By joining us, you can expect:
