Job description

Business Development Specialist-LRMB

Business Development Specialist - Luxury Residences

Luxury Rentals Miami Beach (LRMB) is seeking an accomplished Business Development Specialist to join one of the most recognized names in luxury vacation residences.

We represent an exceptional portfolio of Miami's finest private residences, luxury penthouses, waterfront estates, and branded residences in the city's most prestigious locations. Our clients are among the world's most discerning travelers, and our reputation has been built on delivering service standards inspired by the world's leading luxury hospitality brands.

This is not a traditional sales role.

You will have the opportunity to leverage LRMB's established network of high-net-worth individuals, repeat luxury clientele, strategic referral partners, and a sophisticated global database cultivated over many years. Your focus will be expanding our extraordinary portfolio by identifying and onboarding Miami's most exceptional luxury residences while developing long-term relationships with owners, advisors, brokers, family offices, and industry partners.

We are looking for a polished, commercially driven professional who understands luxury, values relationships over transactions, and is passionate about representing the very best product in the marketplace.

Your Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire exceptional luxury residences throughout Miami and Miami Beach.
    • Build trusted relationships with homeowners, developers, brokers, wealth advisors, and strategic partners.
    • Expand LRMB's presence within the ultra-luxury residential market.
    • Represent the LRMB brand with professionalism, discretion, and sophistication.
    • Develop long-term partnerships that enhance our market-leading portfolio.

What We're Looking For

    • Proven success in luxury real estate, luxury hospitality, private aviation, yachting, wealth management, concierge services, or other high-end relationship-driven industries.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • A professional, polished, and relationship-focused approach.
    • Self-motivated with strong commercial acumen.
    • Passion for luxury service and excellence.

Why LRMB?

At LRMB, we don't simply participate in the luxury market-we help define it.

You'll be representing one of Miami's premier luxury residential brands, supported by:

    • An established database of affluent repeat guests and loyal high-net-worth clientele.
    • An internationally recognized luxury brand with an exceptional reputation.
    • Access to some of the most desirable residences in Miami.
    • A collaborative leadership team committed to excellence and growth.
    • Significant opportunity to expand your earnings through performance.
