Memory Training Centers of Florida is a clinical practice with a mission of optimizing the quality of life for seniors across Florida. We are rapidly growing throughout the state, with tremendous opportunities for career growth as we expand.


We are seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to join our administrative team. Our Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating many aspects of the program and helping us expand our growing practice. What you'll do:

  • Manage patient records, including scheduling patient appointments

  • Maintain and update patient information spreadsheets

  • Organize and manage patient files

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations to support the clinical team

  • Support program growth as we expand into new regions

  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills

  • Project-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
