Job description

PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Corporate Relations-Industrial Liaison Program & MIT Startup Exchange, to be responsible for the coordination of operational and administrative activities for the MIT Startup Exchange (MIT STEX) program which mission is to support MIT-connected startups to grow, expand and solve the world's great challenges. Specifically, the Program Coordinator will support and/or manage startup scouting, vetting, assessment calls, and onboarding processes; maintain and curate the MIT STEX startup database and track key program metrics and outcomes; coordinate and support events (e.g., conferences, Startup Lightning Talks, exhibits and training sessions); collaborate with MIT partners and internal stakeholders to support startup engagement across the ecosystem; prepare presentations, reports, and program materials, contribute to data analysis and reporting; manage website content, newsletters, and social media in coordination with the communications team; support overall program operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of key activities.
