Scrum Master - Enterprise Programs & Releases
Overview
The Scrum Master facilitates Agile delivery across teams, ensuring alignment with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership. Responsible for removing impediments, coordinating dependencies, supporting releases, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Partner with Product Owners to prioritize work and define sprint goals.
  • Track sprint progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
  • Remove blockers and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
  • Support release planning and enterprise feature rollouts.
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Promote Agile best practices, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with sprint and release planning.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, development teams, and leadership.
