Trimac Transportation is a North American company with 80 years of history with an ambition to embrace a changing and data-driven future. We are looking for candidates who want to join us on our journey!  

This role is part of Trimacโ€™s New Graduate Program and will be a full-time, 20-month rotational role designed to accelerate the development of an early career professional into a well-rounded business contributor. 

This program provides hands-on experience across corporate and operational functions, helping participants see how business strategy moves into execution. Participants will complete three rotations: Sales, Operations, and a final corporate function aligned to their interests. Each rotation will last 6โ€“8 months, allowing the participant to begin where the customer journey starts and follow the flow of the business.

  • Rotation 1: Sales & Revenue Operations
  • Rotation 2: Operations & Dispatch
  • Rotation 3: Corporate Function  

We are seeking motivated, adaptable, and collaborative individuals who are eager to learn, contribute to strategic projects, and develop into future leaders within the organization. 


  • Demonstrated business acumen and curiosity to understand transportation and logistics operations  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess data and recommend solutions  
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams  
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs  
  • High level of initiative, accountability, and willingness to learn  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  
  • Ability to critically analyze solutions for best outcomes  
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills 

Throughout each of the three rotations, this position is responsible for: 

  • Supporting day-to-day business activities while gaining hands-on exposure to key functions and processes 
  • Develop an understanding of Trimacโ€™s customer journey, operational model, and end-to-end business processes across rotations 
  • Apply knowledge gained from each rotation to support stronger cross-functional collaboration and business recommendations 
  • Contributing to cross-functional projects, analysis, and process improvement initiatives 
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments and leadership levels 
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrating initiative, curiosity, and accountability in a fast-paced learning environment 
  • Applying feedback from regular performance check-ins to support development and growth 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or relevant field  
  • Recent graduate (within the past 12 months)  
  • Previous internship or co-op experience, preferred   
  • Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership or extracurricular involvement
