Salary: $15-$18/hr

Red Rock Center for Independence (RRCI) isseekinga motivated and compassionate Part-Time Independent Living Coordinator / Program Assistant to support individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence and community participation. This role combines Independent Living (IL) services, skills-based group activities, transportation support, and program coordination.


Key Responsibilities

Independent Living Services

-Maintaina small caseload of consumers
- Assist with ILP development, implementation, and annual reviews
- Support individuals in achieving independent living goals


Skills-Based Activities & Groups

- Support or lead activities such as financial literacy, cooking, and daily living skills
- Ensure activities promote independence and social connection


Program Support & Coordination

-Assistwith scheduling presenters and coordinating events
- Support community outings and workshops


Transportation

- Provide safe and reliable transportation for consumers to activities and appointments


Minimum Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
-Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license


Compensation & Schedule

- $15.00 $18.00/hour
- Part-Time (2028 hours per week)
- Tuesday-Thursday, generally from 10:30am - 5:30pm, with an occasional Mondays or special events on weekends.
