We are seeking a talented and motivated Program Analyst to provide analytical and administrative support to funded DoD programs. Candidates require the ability to quickly assimilate and comprehend financial and contract information to various reports and briefings. You will support multiple Program Managers in the execution of their programs and task orders.

Responsibilities

  • Establish cost control systems, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
  • Coordinate and develop program deliverables and analyze programs cost, schedule, and performance data.
  • Prepare various spreadsheets/reports/briefs as tracking tools for program management.
  • Support technical and finance teams in responding to various data calls, monitor and report performance and progress against plans, baselines, and requirements.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of issues impacting program/project cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Identify financial or operating risks associated with the execution of the contract or project, forecast and track financial results to meet budget projections, provide project summary status reports.

Required

  • BS or BA degree
  • 5 years of experience with finance, including cost, pricing, or accounting and estimating
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
