Lockheed Martin Space in Cape Canaveral, FL seeks a full-time, level 1 Program Planner. As an entry level Program Planner, you will: Plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and interoperations Work with Finance and Business operations, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline Create and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules which accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, work flow, and resources required to execute the program Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts #LMSpaceProgramPlanners Basic Qualifications Data analysis experience Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance Desired Skills Bachelor's degree in Business related field Active Secret security clearance Experience analyzing data Familiarity with a scheduling tool such as MS Project or Open Plan Professional Familiarity with formulas and macros in Excel Familiarity with Tableau Customer service experience Presentation experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
