About Us
We are a multifaceted CPA firm with 17 offices providing financial and tax planning to our business and personal clients by offering payroll, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax services. We have close relationships with financial advisors and family attorneys which enable us to provide a full array of services to our clients under one roof.
The Job
We are looking for a professional receptionist to add to our dynamic team of professionals in our Boise, Idaho office. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, we would like the opportunity to speak with you. This position encompasses many of the tasks needed to run an efficient, client-friendly, professional firm. You will help make our office a great place for our company members to work while providing superior service to our clients. This position will provide the support needed to service our clients with timely accurate work.
Job Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and visitors in person, on the phone and electronically. Direct clients to the appropriate staff member.
  • Monitor calendars, schedule meetings, and send invites to all attendees.
  • Oversee and perform clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, order new materials and/or purchase at store as
  • Communicate office needs and concerns to Human Resources.
  • Maintain a high sense of confidentiality.
  • Track and record time daily - Chargeable/Non-Chargeable.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for locking the office at the end of the day.
