Our customer in Richmond, Illinois, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team. We’re recruiting a Receptionist to work part-time on 1st shift. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for supporting the front office and helping create a welcoming, organized environment for visitors and staff.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Answering phones.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Greeting visitors and answering the door.
- Re-stocking beverages.
- Cleaning and tidying conference rooms.
