Royal Suites Healthcare is looking for an experienced cook for a 186 bed Healthcare Facility in located in Galloway, NJ.

We are looking for a professional cook to work with the flow of food from deliver to point of service. Cook duties will play a key role in providing gourmet meals to our loved residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Have the ability to work as a team player in a professional manor.
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow food service director.
  • Able to understand production sheets and diets.
  • Be able to produce diet textures such as chop, ground and purees.
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition, sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a professional cook.
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned task.
  • Serv Safe
