Production Analyst

Owings Mills, MD 21117 6 Months Onsite Role: Hybrid Model: 2 -3 Days Onsite! Must be fully vaccinated!

Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management - Product incidents escalated to Tech Ops will be assigned to this individual who will work them to resolution.
  • Product Upgrades - This individual will install upgrades in lower environments and test prior to production upgrade.
  • Vendor Contact - Meet with the vendor frequently to understand product updates, bug fixes, new features, etc.
  • User Experience - Work with users to make best use of the products. Receive collateral from the vendors and post user content to GlobalNet, SharePoint and MTW. Attend meetings and provide live assistance where necessary.
  • Integrations - Serve as the POC for these products when working with other teams that have a dependency such as Training & Development, GBS, Network and A/V.

Capability:

The primary skill is experience supporting a large deployment if Zoom (and to a lesser extent, Webex). Some experience with desktop operations (app deployment) and network operations would be beneficial. While there are others on the team that assist with support of these products from a capacity standpoint, this individual is recognized as the primary operational contact for Zoom and WebEx.
