As a Product Analyst your job duties involve:

Responsibilities "

Ability to gather, document, and refine business, user, and system requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience translating stakeholder needs into clear product features and system requirements -
Strong written and verbal communication skills across business and technical teams.
Experience facilitating design sessions and stakeholder meetings.
Experience creating process flows, business rules, and functional documentation.
Ability to support testing, defect triage, and user acceptance activities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, and QA.
Understanding of government program operations, policy, or regulatory environments (child care & early learning).
Awareness of data privacy, security, accessibility, and compliance considerations.
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints Proficiency with common collaboration and product management tools"
