Dollar Bank, Pittsburgh's oldest financial institution, is hiring for a Digital Product Analyst. We are seeking a creative and innovative individual to join our "change the Bank" team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and differentiation within our digital product offerings, focusing on bringing new ideas to life and enhancing the customer experience. This is a hybrid position requiring in office hours.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required. Will accept professional experience in lieu of degree.
• Two (2) years of experience in digital product management, design, or related roles required, with a strong focus on innovation and creativity.
• Proficiency in design tools and prototyping software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or InVision
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
