DHL eCommerce ships millions of packages every year. Come help us design, shape and advance the APIs and digital products that enable internet commerce. The Digital Product Innovation team is responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for DHL eCommerce Americas through best-in-class digital customer apps including APIs, web applications and other digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical and detail-oriented, can communicate effectively, wants to learn, and understand the complexities of the e-commerce and logistics industries, and is able to effectively prioritize and advocate for changes that benefit DHL, our customers, and our partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Senior Product Analyst on our Digital Products and Innovation team, you will:
  • Develop a strong understanding of customers, business objectives, products, and industry trends to drive customer-centric solutions and product innovation.
  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design, translating business needs into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements, API capabilities, and new digital offerings.
  • Analyze customer and product data to generate insights, measure performance, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Support API and integration initiatives, supporting customers and partners throughout onboarding, implementation, upgrades, and ongoing adoption of DHL digital products.
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain and enhance products, API, and business documentation, ensuring technical resources are accurate, accessible, and easy to use.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, drive alignment across cross-functional teams, and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
  • Independently lead digital products and initiatives through ideation, design, implementation, and go-live, balancing customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Provide strong customer-centric perspectives backed by sound technical understanding and insights.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in the areas of e-commerce, product management, technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, 3PL, or e-commerce environments preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to pitch ideas and convincing arguments
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to structure and break down complex problems into manageable parts, identify required analysis, and develop and drive concrete recommendations

  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Asana.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Elastic, Kibana, Grafana).
  • Experience with API testing and troubleshooting tools such as Postman.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, RESTful design principles, and systems integrations.
