Role Summary

As a Digital Product Analyst Senior, you will help shape and improve key digital platforms, with a focus on contact center technology and Interactive Voice Assistant (IVA) solutions. You’ll turn business and customer needs into clear requirements, use data and research to guide decisions, and partner with technology teams to deliver effective solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence digital experiences and grow your product expertise in a banking environment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Define business requirements and translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize work, and support Agile planning to keep development moving forward.
  • Analyze product data, performance trends, customer feedback, and market insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with technology and business teams to resolve dependencies, clarify requirements, and remove roadblocks.
  • Lead acceptance testing and issue triage to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver a quality user experience.
  • Research contact center technology, IVA capabilities, competitive trends, and customer needs to inform product decisions.
  • Drive process improvements, platform enhancements, and feature adoption through effective documentation, training, and stakeholder communication.
  • Communicate product progress, performance, and recommendations through clear presentations, dashboards, and reports.
Education & Experience

Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business or a related field. 5+ years of business experience. 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment. Experience gathering requirements, developing user stories, analyzing data, and supporting product delivery. Reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive. Preferred Banking or financial services experience. Experience with contact center technology, particularly Interactive Voice Assistant (IVA) solutions. Experience working with the SAFe Agile Framework or SAFe certification. Experience supporting digital products, platforms, or customer-facing technology.
