An ideal candidate for this job to have experience in production support on a platform of Unix / Windows. Nice to have experience with compliance related product such as FircoSoft, Actimize.

Description:
3-5 yrs of production support experience in Unix / Windows
    Good understanding / experience in ITIL / ITSM, ticketing tool such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy etc.
    Good communication skills
    Experience of production support in financial services company, with understanding of security policies etc.
    Experience in compliance area or one of the compliance related product such as FircoSoft, Actimize will be plus, but not mandatory Experience or knowledge in a healthcare vertical or any health management company would be preferred.
