Job Description: The successful candidate will provide support in requirements/design/coding/testing/validation efforts for systems that support the Office of Applications and Supplemental Security Income Systems. The candidate will be performing these activities and maintain applications for the Social Security Administration under the direction of the Technical Lead and Project Management. Skills Requirements The responsibilities of this position include: Administration of the Ab Initio co>operating system, Enterprise Metadata Environment, and Data Profiling Tool on UNIX Sun Solaris servers.

Administration of Ab Initio project directories and standard environment directories on UNIX Sun Solaris servers. Development of Ab Initio graphs. Deployment of Ab Initio graphs on UNIX Sun Solaris servers.

Maintenance on UNIX shell scripting for moving Ab Initio code from one UNIX environment to another and purging data over 30 days old from the UNIX Sun Solaris servers. Maintenance of UNIX shell scripting for creating project directories on the UNIX System Services side of Mainframe. Guidance for best practices with regard to development of Ab Initio graphs.
