Role: Senior Product Analyst
Location : Rahway , NJ
 
Job Description:

The Senior Product Analyst will be responsible for the successful implementation of the Empower Upgrade Project. This project involves upgrading automated data enablement and chromatography systems.
The Senior Product Analyst will be accountable for:
    •    Business process analysis and documentation
    •    System lifecycle documentation
    •    Supporting implementation and user acceptance testing
    •    Collaborating closely with laboratory scientists and technical teams
Qualifications & Experience:
    •    Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting laboratory scientists in the R&D domain
    •    Preferred experience with chromatography solutions in the R&D space
    •    Hands-on experience with Waters Empower and strong understanding of end-to-end processes around chromatography systems and CDS/instrument management
    •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    •    Proven ability to mediate between technical teams and business end users
