Job description

We are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. We get up every day, roll up our sleeves and build a better world -- together. At Ford, we're all a part of something bigger than ourselves. Are you ready to change the way the world moves?

Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.

Ford's Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team is charged with delivering the company's vision of a fully electric transportation future. EVDD is customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial, and data-driven and is dedicated to delivering industry-leading customer experience for electric vehicle buyers and owners. You'll join an agile team of doers pioneering our EV future by working collaboratively, staying focused on only what matters, and delivering excellence day in and day out. Join us to make positive change by helping build a better world where every person is free to move and pursue their dreams.

In this position...

The Digital Product team is looking for a manager focused on executing a consistent operating rhythm and scaling a performance culture. You will work directly with product teams to translate data into actionable insights, providing the visibility needed to improve connected vehicle experiences and customer engagement. You will bridge the gap between data, engineering, and product leadership to provide the visibility needed to scale our connected vehicle experiences and maximize customer lifetime value.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience. Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence within a digital product environment, with a proven track record of measuring post-launch success.
  • 2+ years of deep experience with product analytics tooling (e.g., Amplitude) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Expertise in separating signal from noise in complex datasets and building compelling narratives for Product and Cross-functional leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Even better, you may have...

  • MBA or a Master's in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics).
  • Experience implementing and scaling new operational processes across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries independently to validate data and build custom reports when dashboard tools aren't enough.

Experience with subscription-based business models, specifically analyzing churn, retention, and Customer Lifetime Value.
You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder...or all of the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:

Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage
Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more
Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more
Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases
Tuition assistance
Established and active employee resource groups
Paid time off for individual and team community service
A generous schedule of paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Year's Day
Paid time off and the option to purchase additional vacation time.
This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-212,760.
