Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic staff product operations manager to lead the critical intersection between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, and build scaleable, AI-driven programs that ensure we're operating efficiently and with velocity. The Staff Product Operations Manager will be responsible for defining and optimizing the processes, tools, and practices that enable our product organization to move faster than ever before. This role is crucial in ensuring that our product strategy translates into successful execution and value delivery for our customers.
Responsibilities
The Staff Product Operations Manager will focus on the following key areas:
1. Process Optimization and Scaling
  • Define, document, and standardize best practices for the full product lifecycle, including ideation, discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Lead initiatives to improve product team efficiency, reducing time-to-market and increasing product quality.
  • Implement and manage product management tools and technologies, ensuring adoption and data integrity across the organization.
2. Product Launch Readiness
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and readiness for all major product launches in partnership with Technical Product Management Operations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on the launch playbook, ensuring all teams (Marketing, Sales, Support, Engineering) are prepared with necessary materials, training, and processes.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launches and post-launch performance.
3. Release Gates, Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Feedback Loop
  • Build and manage a scalable program to engage customers in testing pilot and beta features prior to GA launch (Early Access Program) including transitioning a subset of customers from "testers" to "Reference Customers" meaning they are willing to pay for, use regularly and recommend.
  • Manage a scalable processes for collecting, aggregating, and prioritizing customer feedback from various channels (Support, Sales, surveys).
  • Work with Product Managers to translate customer and operational insights into actionable product improvements and roadmap decisions.
4. Roadmap Management
  • Managing our internal roadmapping processes, assets and tooling including coordination and adopting a new roadmapping tool.
  • Managing our external, customer-facing roadmapping processes, assets and tooling including training across all Sellers on how to use the assets to drive more deal closures.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Program Management, or a related operational role, preferably in a fast-paced Enterprise-level technology company.
  • Proven track record of defining and implementing operational improvements that have resulted in demonstrable business impact.
  • Deep expertise in product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe) and associated tooling (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Asana, Aha!).
  • Exceptional leadership and change management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex operational concepts to executive leadership.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
