Job description

Why Harvey
At Harvey, we're transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we're reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.
This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 1500+ customers in 60+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we're scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth - personal, professional, and financial - is unmatched.
Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission - operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.
At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today - and we're just getting started.
Role Overview
As a Senior Product Operations Manager at Harvey, you will be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams - turning strategy into execution across our entire product lifecycle. You'll build and scale the operating systems that help our product teams make better decisions, ship with confidence, and drive measurable impact for law firms and in-house legal teams pushing the frontier of AI adoption.
You'll work as an extension of product leadership, balancing hands-on execution with strategic initiatives. This is a role for someone who builds from 0 to 1, thrives in ambiguity, and creates structure where none exists.
What You'll Do
  • Inputs to Product Teams - Ensuring teams have the information they need to make great decisions
    • Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems that synthesize feedback from law firm partners, in-house clients, CSMs, and sales into actionable product signals
    • Establish rigorous mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact, including analytics dashboards, KPIs, and clear hypotheses
    • Create high-leverage engagement points with customers and partners throughout the product lifecycle - from alpha through post-GA
    • Streamline key decision points across teams, reducing friction and improving prioritization quality

Ops of the Product Org - Creating the operating systems that enable product teams to thrive
    • Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals (planning cycles, monthly reviews, roadmap prioritization, etc.)
    • Build reliable run-of-business systems that scale as Harvey grows - launch calendars, intake frameworks, RACI structures
    • Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
    • Facilitate roadmap planning by coordinating stakeholder inputs and maintaining transparency across the org

Outputs from Product Teams - Amplifying product impact by connecting what we build to those who need it
    • Design and run Early Access Programs and alpha testing programs that validate product-market fit and surface refinement signals before broad release
    • Own launch coordination end-to-end - ensuring timely, high-confidence rollouts with clear success metrics and post-launch monitoring
    • Maintain cross-team roadmap visibility that keeps GTM, Legal, and leadership aligned on what's shipping and why
    • Make it clear across Harvey what Product is building, how it's progressing, and what's coming nextd optimize operational workflows to ensure agility and scalability as the company grows.

What You Have
  • 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a closely related operational role at a high growth tech or SaaS company
  • You've built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them thoughtfully - not just inherited and maintained them
  • Experience working with AI-native products, ideally in a domain where model quality and output reliability are central to the user experience
  • Strong ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data - usage metrics, feedback themes, retention signals - into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority
  • Hands-on experience with launch coordination, EAPs, or customer feedback loops in a fast-moving product environment
  • You're a natural bridge builder: fluent in strategy, comfortable in the weeds, and skilled at creating clarity where none exists. Ambiguity doesn't slow you down - it's where you do your best work.

Compensation Range
$180,000 - $210,000 USD
