Summary:

  • AsanProduct Operations Manager 1, you will support the execution and scaling of product operations, standards, and reporting capabilities across Product organization. This role focuses on hands-on execution of defined operational processes, tooling configuration, and reporting support to enable consistent, high-quality product delivery.
  • Working under the direction of Product Operations leadership, you will partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to apply product standards,maintainoperational data quality, and support day-to-day product operations within a global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting execution of product management standards, lifecycle processes, and operating procedures across product teams
  • Maintaining and updating product operations artifacts such as templates, guidance, and standard reports
  • Supporting configuration and day-to-day administration of Azure DevOps, including intake queues, backlog hygiene, workflows, and standard views
  • Assistingwith intake and triage operations to ensure data quality, completeness, and adherence to defined governance
  • Supporting coordination and execution of operational forums such as intake reviews, product reviews, and working sessions
  • Identifyingoperational gaps or inefficiencies and escalating improvement opportunities to Product Operations leadership
  • Supporting development and maintenance of standardized product analytics, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Assistingwith preparation and validation of executive-ready reporting and operational insights
  • Partnering with Product Managers to support adoption of product standards, tools, and reporting practices
  • Serving as a point of support for product operations and reporting questions, providing guidance within defined standards
  • Contributing to documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials to support consistent global adoption
  • Operating effectively within a global delivery model, collaborating across time zones and teams
  • Executing assigned priorities with attention to detail, escalating risks, dependencies, or data issues as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in product operations, program management, product analytics, or related operational roles
  • Hands-on experience supporting tools such as Azure DevOps for intake, backlog management, or reporting
  • Understanding of product management processes, delivery lifecycles, and operational governance
  • Experience working in execution-focused roles with defined standards and processes
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting product analytics or reporting tools such as Power BI, Amplitude, or Pendo
  • Experience supporting intake, backlog management, or portfolio reporting practices
  • Experience working within professional services or large, matrixed enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models and operational forums
  • Experience working in a Global Delivery Center or offshore delivery environment
