What you will do :
  • Data & Insights: Queries and synthesizes complex data, builds scalable reporting and dashboards, and translates findings into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Process & Operating Models: Designs and improves scalable, cross-functional processes and operating models, driving alignment and adoption across teams
  • Systems Thinking: Evaluates, implements, and optimizes product-management systems, including roadmapping, analytics, and project-management platforms
  • Structured Problem-Solving: Independently turns complex, ambiguous problems into clear strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans, exercising sound judgment with limited precedent.
  • Strategic Analysis: Leads analyses such as competitive research, pricing, customer segmentation, and opportunity assessment to inform product and business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Builds trusted relationships with senior and cross-functional stakeholders, resolves competing priorities, and generates buy-in without formal authority.
  • Communication: Communicates complex ideas clearly and persuasively, producing concise, decision-oriented materials for senior audiences.
  • Product & Software Expertise: Strong understanding of product management and the software development lifecycle, with the credibility to advise product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
What we are looking for :
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant and progressively responsible experience, including ownership of complex or high-profile initiatives from definition through measurable results.
  • Relevant Background: Experience in consulting; business, strategy, product, or revenue operations; or a related strategy and operations function.
  • Software Experience: Meaningful experience in a software or technology environment, ideally partnering closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Ownership & Independence: Operates with a high degree of autonomy, anticipates risks, resolves escalated issues, and remains accountable for outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: Moves comfortably between defining strategy and advancing the critical details required for successful execution.
  • Influence & Change Leadership: Navigates organizational change with resilience, builds support for new approaches, and aligns stakeholders with differing priorities.
  • Team Leadership: Serves as a trusted subject-matter resource and raises team effectiveness by sharing expertise, providing feedback, and coaching junior colleagues.
  • Education: MBA preferred or business, engineering, or comp-sci preferred.
