Job Description

Location: Hybrid role based near Markham, Canada. Gain hands-on experience through regular customer visits across the local area 2–3 times per week while enjoying a mix of remote, and field-based work.

What You'll Do 

As an Entry-Level Account Executive, you'll build relationships, generate new business opportunities, and help customers identify solutions that support their goals. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities  
  • Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings  
  • Understand customer needs and recommend solutions  
  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle  
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience  
  • Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings 

Compensation & Benefits 

Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $117,816

  • Base Salary: $65,016
  • Target Commission: $52,800 
  • Uncapped commission potential 
  • Monthly car allowance

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week
