About the Roleย ย 

We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to help standardize and scale howย MealSuite'sย Product organizationย operates. Product operates as three distinct pillars, and this role is the newly created owner of consistency, efficiency, and trust across them,ย you'llย drive process improvements end-to-end, from diagnosing gaps to driving adoption, while serving as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience.ย 

This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who thrives without a defined playbook, is energized by ambiguity, and is ready to build the standards, processes, and trust.ย 

Whatย You'llย Doย 

  • Identifyย process gaps and own the fix end-to-end,ย diagnosis through adoption, including change management and communicationsย 
  • Design and continuously improve outcome-based processes for intake, execution, and release, partnering with Agile Delivery on release planning,ย and proveย it'sย working with dataย 
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience, keeping release schedules and roadmaps clear, honest, and measurableย 
  • Standardize how feature requests and customer feedback flow to the right teams, and champion consistent workflows across Product,ย holding the line on adoption, not just documentationย 
  • Build the metrics and reporting that give leadership a real-time view of product health.ย 
  • Leverage AI to accelerate and automate product workflows, reducing friction for Product Managers and Product Ownersย 

What You Bringย 

  • 3-6 years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or a closely related field, withย a track recordย of designing processes that wereย actually adoptedย and drove measurable improvementย 
  • Proven change management experience,ย communicating the why, driving buy-in, and ensuring adoption, not just defining what should changeย 
  • Comfortable analyzing data to make recommendations, with OKR framework and project health reporting experienceย 
  • Strong, clear communicator who thrives without close direction or a defined intake process to lean onย 
  • Familiarity with PM tools like Jira/ProductBoard, and AI tools like Claude Cowork, are a plus; direct SaaS/product experience is helpful but notย requiredย

Compensation:ย
