Responsibilities:
  • Handle materials and ensure their efficient and timely delivery to the production line
  • Monitor the production process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality output
  • Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any deviations or issues in the production process
  • Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot and address any operational challenges
  • Practice lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Perform packing and material handling tasks as required
  • Demonstrates a deliberate focus on safety, quality, continuous improvement
  • Performs other job duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Familiarity with process control systems, quality checks, and inspection
  • Must be able to read a ruler and understand fractions, and demonstrate basic math skills
