We are seeking a strategic, process-driven Bid Management Digitalization Process Specialist to support the Proposal Team. This role focuses on identifying, implementing, and sustaining process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across the proposal lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in process optimization, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration within a bid or proposal environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support digital transformation initiatives within bid management, partnering with operational excellence teams.
  • Analyze end-to-end bid and proposal workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, templates, and tools for bid tracking and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with proposal managers, sales, operations, IT, and operational excellence teams to align solutions with business needs.
  • Document, standardize, and maintain proposal processes ensuring policy and customer compliance.
  • Train stakeholders on new tools, systems, and process changes.
  • Monitor effectiveness of improvements and recommend continuous enhancements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Lean Six Sigma preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in bid management, process improvement, digitalization, or operations support.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or proposal management tools.
  • Proven expertise with Power BI, Advanced Excel / Macros, SharePoint, Workflow Automation, and Dashboard Development.

  • Familiarity with proposal development in technical or industrial environments; electrical equipment experience preferred.
