What You'll Do

As an Order Processing Associate, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage a high volume of residential lighting projects throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Enter customer selections accurately into our order management system while ensuring alignment with builder specifications and project schedules.
  • Create, maintain, and update electronic project files for more than 800 active jobs.
  • Process builder and homeowner reselection requests quickly and accurately.
  • Review project documentation for completeness, identifying and resolving missing or inaccurate information before it impacts project timelines.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for builders, customers, installers, vendors, and internal team members by providing timely, professional communication.
  • Partner across departments to ensure projects remain on schedule while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Continuously prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.
