ServiceNow Process Manager

Apex Systems is looking for a ServiceNow Process Manager for a long term contract with one of our large healthcare clients. If you have previous ServiceNow Analytic experience and are looking to further your career this is the role for you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Support product development of portfolio and project management applications (ServiceNow SPM / ITBM).
  • Work with executive leadership, junior leadership and project owners to establish requirements, process improvements and requirements for roadmap.
  • Directs compilation of data used to improve project estimates and variance explanations.
  • Works closely with SDLC team to ensure project health and accurate accounting of project financial information.
  • Own project month-end processes and assists finance team and end user community with month-end close process for IT financial team. Includes performing out of cycle monthly reconciliation of financial data for project spend.
  • Provide the IT leadership team with timely, accurate and relevant analyses of project costs and monthly financial results and projections.
  • Takes ownership of time tracking tool and quality of input/output across the IT organization.
  • Leads and directs the work of others.
  • Monitor, track, and trend IT allocations and proactively address resource over / under allocation planning.
  • Participate in the process to identify IT costs and consumption of IT services.
  • Monitor accuracy of existing cost reporting, address incident notifications and routinely perform / review data analytics for system’s data health.
  • Facilitation of user acceptance testing, training and other supportive functions.
